The Interact Club of Terapanth Jain Vidyalaya, Sowcarpet in collaboration with Lions Club Meenambakkam organized a heart warming and inspiring event. The program under the concept of 'Make a Wish' is being supported by Lions Club of Meenambakkam since 10 years and more than 600 children have been touched till date. The presence of Chairman Shri Goutam Chand Bohara, Joint Secretary Shri Kamlesh Nahar, Lions Club President Shri Sanjay Jain, Treasurer Shri Ashok Kumar, Lions club Diamond Jubilee Convenor Shri Jayantilal, Past Regional Chair person Smt. Indira Nahar and Head of Make a Wish Foundation, Chennai Ms. Neda added immense value to the occasion.

Chairman Shri Goutam Chand Bohara welcomed all and narrated very inspiring and emotionally stirring incidents of Children whose wishes were fulfilled by Make a wish foundation. Shri Sanjay Jain congratulated our students and management to organise such noble work. Motivational words of Ms. Neda further elevated the event where real incidents involving ailed children were shared with the audience. The Primary Headmistress shed light on the remarkable activities carried out during the Diwali fest of 2023,through which the students managed to raise the funds for their event.

The event was deeply touching as children facing major and intractable health challenges were invited along with their parents, and were given their heart desired gifts by the Interact Club council members. The joy and happiness radiating from both the children and their parents underscored the power of compassion and selflessness.

It was truly heartening to witness the Interact Club students and council members actively engaging in the event, demonstrating a strong sense of empathy and community spirit.
