Essential qualities required by teachers for next Gen, Staff re-orientation program was organized by the Good-Luck Publication, Mr. Vardarajan, Retired Principal of CBSE school gave his expertise on student- teacher relationship and how to handle present generation children. He mentioned some of the qualities required by a smart teacher. A happy Teacher with positive mind set, well equipped with her subject knowledge, current world wide developments, well prepared with her lesson plan, without any expectations and with great passion and zeal when takes a class, he/she is sure to attain bounteous outcome. He also insisted on interaction with students as one of the main factor to grab the attention of each and every student.
