Terapanth Jain Vidyalaya MHSS, Sowcarpet celebrated the 76th REPUBLIC DAY, a red-letter day in Indian history, with great patriotic zeal. The premises was adorned with day-themed motifs. Our Chairman Shri. Goutam Chand Bohara presided over the function. Our Managing Trustee Shri Meghraj Lunawath, General Secretary, Shri Rekh Dhoka Joint Secretary, Shri Dr. Kamlesh Nahar; Treasurer Shri Gautam Chand Samdariya, Correspondent-Pattalam Shri Sanjay Kumar Bhansali, SCC – Sowcarpet Shri. Mahendra Kumar Anchaliya, SCC-Pattalam Shri Pramod Kumar Gadiya and Executive Committee Members made an appearance on the special occasion. Shri. Prakash Sacheti, Managing Partner- of Sacheti Industries was the chief guest of the day and unfurled the tricolour flag. The dignitaries were given a guard of honour by the school band and the senior council members. Principal Mrs Mercy Jacintha welcomed the august gathering. Joint Secretary Shri Dr. Kamlesh Nahar introduced the honourable chief guest to the audience. Students instilled a sense of patriotism in the audience through their speeches in English, Tamil and Hindi. A kaleidoscope of cultural events displayed the essence of the day. Our proud alumni, Shri Chandra Kumar, addressed the gathering and shared "5 mantras" to success in life: gratitude, dreaming big, working hard and smart, physical and mental exercise and discipline. Winners of various competitions were appreciated by the dignitaries. Chairman, in his address, recited some of the couplets composed by him dedicated to Bharat Matha. The chief guest addressed the gathering and thanked the management for the special invitation. This solemn moment symbolised our collective allegiance to the ideals of democracy and freedom. Primary Headmistress Mrs Alka Parekh proposed the vote of thanks. Sweets were distributed to all. The memorable occasion ended with the message to "Make India Vibrant"
