Tamilnadu Police Traffic Wardens organization conducted a seminar in our school to create Road safety awareness among students. Mr. Ravi, Inspector of Traffic Police, Chief Guest along with his other associates addressed the RSP students and educated them about traffic rules, the importance of safe driving practices and pedestrian safety. The Road Safety Patrol in schools play a vital role in advocating road safety and students learn discipline, responsibility and the importance of obeying traffic rules and thus become responsible road users. To maintain Chennai’s status of Zero Accidental Zone, the event was organized. And 26th August will be celebrated as Zero Accident Day, when all hennaities are requested to wear seatbelt in four wheelers and helmet while driving two wheeler, thus follow the traffic rules.
