The scouts and guides was inaugurated for the academic year 2023-24.Madam Principal Mrs.M Sasikala, Vice Principal Mrs. Mercy Jacintha and the coordinators graced the occasion.
Under the able guidance of Scout master D.Bathma Kumar and Guide Captain D.Sarala devi, a new team of 25 boys and 14 girls from classes 6,7 and 8 were selected and made to take the pledge that they would be prepared to serve the society when called for. They are divided into three groups.
Two boys Patrol wings (Lion and Tiger)and one girls guide Patrol (peacock) were created to get systematic training too serve the country as Scouts and Guides.
The program was successfully brought to an end with the vote of thanks by the Guide Captain.
